Mexico Monarch Butterflies

Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve lies within rugged forested mountains about 100 km northwest of Mexico City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site from 2008 onward for monarch butterfly migration.
Butterflies are insects in the macrolepidopteran clade Rhopalocera from the order Lepidoptera, which also includes moths. Adult butterflies have large, often brightly coloured wings, and conspicuous, fluttering flight.
