Schloss Seehof is a castle (palace) in Memmelsdorf, Bamberg, Germany. As a summer home and hunting lodge for Marquard Sebastian Schenk von Stauffenberg, Prince-bishop of Bamberg, it was constructed from 1684 to 1695. In the Upper Franconia area of Bavaria, Germany, Schloss Seehof is situated outside of Memmelsdorf in the district of Bamberg, about 5 kilometers northeast of the town of Bamberg.
