Mesa Verde Spruce Tree House. It is also one of the most restored dwellings in the park. You walk down a switchback trail and into a small forest of spruce, and then suddenly you turn a corner and there it is. It shows part of the reason the Anasazi built these structures: to hide from enemy tribes. There is a fresh water spring here also.
